CULTIVATION OF FLAVOR
RIPE AND HEALTHY FRUIT

At Jarcha we collect the fruit at its optimal time of ripeness, thus preserving all its flavor. The cold systems installed on each of the farms keep the fruit in ideal condition until cherries, nectarines, peaches, and plums arrive at the fruit and vegetable plant, where orders are handled and go to the market. All quality processes are guaranteed for of consumer health.

IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

In the field, we work so that all our processes are managed, searching for the sustainability of the Environment. The field maintains a rigorous control of treatments through analysis of phytosanitary residues applying the active substances’ protocol registered in EU legislation.

AT HEADQUARTERS

A qualitative scandal is carried out in the reception of our fruit in the warehouse, which allows a rigorous control of the quality of the harvest. The packaging of the fruit respects the quality standards established according to the specifications of our customers. And, of course, the quality of the fruit is monitored at the final point of sale, by a half-life test.
